This is Randy's sister Sheryl, part of his "Colorado connection". We didn't see each other often enough, but when we got together, it was always a fun time! He and Sybil came to visit a few times, and I will always remember how much Randy loved to sit out on the deck and just take in the incredible mountain views and fresh air! Randy loved boating, so we spent time at Reudi Reservoir on the boat, we went to Aspen and wandered around the Farmer's Market, always on the go. And always having such a great time! Randy was an awesome brother, and an awesome human being. He had a kind, good heart, decent, caring and honest. I will miss his great laugh, but am blessed with such warm, wonderful memories of Randy. Much love to the family. ❤️

I am Randy's brother Jeff. I could write a book about all the good times we had together as a family growing up in Marietta, Ohio. Instead, I choose to remember the last time my sister Sheryl & I came to Ft. Wayne to visit Randy, Sybil and family in May of 2018. Randy was still in pretty good health and we ended up visiting several iconic venues in northern Indiana and spending some great time with the rest of the family. It was a trip and a time I'll always remember. Randy was always a great brother and a very intelligent and loving man. and will be missed by many. Our thoughts our with the family and friends and in your grief don't forget about all the great times together. Love you all, Jeff

Sybil and family, I knew Randy as Sheryl's older brother. I remember him as one of the good guys, laughed easily, and a bit of a mystery because he was only home on short stints during his time in the Navy. In the basement of their home Randy had a dedicated corner for his HAM radio equipment . That area was off limits to us, but occasionally we'd pull back the curtain. I knew Randy had to be smart to operate all that intimidating equipment! One time while home on leave, none of his friends were around, so Randy took his sister and her friend to the drive-in theater! You can tell that was a memorable event for me. I am so sorry for your loss, but I am so happy that you had him! He was good guy.
