Obituary for David Russell Roemer
David Russell Roemer, age 64, passed away August 22, 2018 in Fort Wayne surrounded by his family. He was born in Fort Wayne to his parents, Russell and Marilyn Roemer who survive. David worked in outside sales for his entire life. He was community minded and enjoyed living in New Haven. David was an avid golfer who loved his family especially his grandchildren. He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Sandra Roemer of New Haven; children, Jim (Jeni) Roemer, and Stacie Luckadoo both of Fort Wayne. 6 grandchildren; siblings, Denny Roemer, Doug (Caryn) Roemer, and Deanne (Rick) Middaugh. Service is 3:00 pm, Saturday, September 1, 2018 at Fairhaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 6557 N. Clinton St., with calling 2 hours prior beginning at 1:00 pm.
