Condolence From: P.J. Hardy
Condolence: I worked with Dan for a little over two years here at Zimmer Biomet and he was an absolute joy to be around. I'll never forget when he saw me, he'd ask me the same question "Hey young man, you staying out of trouble?" To which I would laugh and reply "I'm trying to." Bless his life and the loved ones Dan left behind.

Condolence From: Janet Simpson
Condolence: We never think about these times but we know they are inevitable. I hate to see him go so early but praise God I know there is rejoicing in Heaven for this faithful servant.
Dan was the kind of cousin you all wanted and everyone needed. We had so much fun when he came to Indiana with Grandma & Grandpa. The hay loft, the creek, and the ponies were how we spent our days. Oh yeah, riding the pigs got us in serious trouble. I'll never forget the tents we made on the clothes line in the back yard and the many nights we spent out there telling stories, listening to the radio, and singing. The best thing was when we locked Sharon and Beverly out of the house and they had to sleep in the car. We had a great laugh over that.
I remember sitting on Aunt Thelma's swing after lunch, waiting for Dan to finish the dishes so we could get back to the more serious business , PLAY.
When I think of Dan, I think of music. He was a happy song in my childhood and and as a grownup praised the Lord with his beautiful musical gift God gave him. I know there will be some serious music sessions going on in Heaven and one day we will be able to join him. Love you Dan. Keep singing and playing that sax. God Bless you.
