Anna May Winch, 81, passed away Wednesday, August 29, 2018. Born in Fort Wayne, Indiana she was the daughter of the late Wayne and Norma Fanger. She was a mainframe programmer for several businesses throughout the years. Anna was a very talented china painter, and candle maker. She is survived by her husband of 60 years marriage, Phillip Winch; siblings, Ray Fanger, Bob Fanger, Tom Fanger, and Marjorie Fanger. She was preceded in death by her son Stephen Winch.
