William Charles Ray “Bill” Brown, 58, passed away Wednesday, January 13, 2021 at Lutheran Hospital. Born in Indianapolis, Indiana, he was the son of William and Rose Brown who survive. Bill graduated from Northrop High School and attended IPFW. During his working career, Bill was in the tool and die industry prior to his transition and working for Brunswick in Fort Wayne. He met the love of his life, Karma (Stover) Brown while bowling, and they shared the last 21 years together. Bill was the definition of being a Jack of all Trades, he was Mr. Handyman. He loved working on cars, loved machinery of any kind. Bill loved putting together lego sets with his grandchildren. He also enjoyed model cars and boats, collecting dragons, and remodeling their home. Surviving are his wife, Karma Brown; children, Andrea Brown, Brandy Brown, Cassandra Brown; grandchildren, Aiden, Shealynn, Sebastian, Khloee, Lillian, Briana; siblings, Robin (John) Gordish, Tracy (John) Shuster; along with many nieces and nephews. Service is 11 am, Monday, January 18, 2021 at FairHaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 6557 N. Clinton Street, with calling one hour prior. Calling also at the funeral home on Sunday, January 17, 2021 from 2 pm to 6 pm. Memorials may be made to the Fort Wayne Animal Care and Control.
