Thomas Jordan Tountzios, 29, passed away January 27, 2021 at his home in Fort Wayne, IN. He was born in Fort Wayne to Tom Tountzios of Fort Wayne and Chriss Darrah of Fort Wayne. Thomas worked as a welder with Bralin Lazer Services for five years. Thomas loved surrounding himself with family and friends who referred to him as "Tommy T". He is also survived by his siblings, Stefani Tountzios and Ryan Tountzios both of Fort Wayne; maternal grandfather, Rev. W. Stanley Darrah; paternal grandmother, Konstantina Tountzios; several loving aunts; uncles; and cousins; and his girlfriend, Nina Pelletrino. Calling will be held from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm on Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at Fairhaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 6557 N. Clinton St. Mask will be required.
