Teresa M. Mitchell, age 54, of Fort Wayne, passed away Wednesday, April 27, 2022 at her home. She was born in Fort Wayne to the late Kenneth and Marguerite Forester. Teresa was a member of Emmaus Lutheran Church. She is survived by her husband 26 years, Terry Mitchell of Fort Wayne; and her sister, Christina Robinson of Fort Wayne. Teresa was preceded in death by her four brothers and a sister. Service is 1:00 pm, Monday, May 2, 2022 at Fairhaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 6557 N. Clinton St., with calling two hours prior. Burial at Concordia Cemetery Gardens. Memorials may be made to the Cancer Services of N.E. Indiana or to the family.
