TaQuanda Kay Davis was born June 16, 1988 at St. Joseph Hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana and was blessed with her loving parents, Patricia Davis (Granny Pat) and Jimmie Armour. Ty departed this life January 26, 2021 at home surrounded by family and close friends.

TaQuanda grew up In Fort Wayne, Indiana where she accepted Christ at an early age and became a member of Wings of Deliverance Tabernacle Holiness Church under the leadership of the late Bishop Jimmie Clark, Sr. and currently Elder Robert D. Clark.

Ty graduated from Northrop High School in 2007 and went on to further her education at Ivy Tech. She enjoyed being employed at McDonald’s Corporation, where she was loved by many employees and customers. She was the life of the party and brought smiles and laughter to anyone she came across. TY was clean on the inside and out. She was a dapper dresser and had her own unique style. She took pride and joy in her shoe collection.

Ty shared a special bond with her twin sister, LaShawnda Davis, whom she was 2 hours older than and made sure everyone knew. Ty considered her nephews, J’hase and J’haNori, as her own and would refer to them as her neph-sons. She carried a strong bond with all her nieces and nephews - they all held a special place in her heart.

TaQuanda had many siblings which includes Steven (Towanna) Davis, Donald (Tanesha) Davis, Earl (Tenile) Davis, Patrick Davis, La’Shawnda Davis, Shalondra (Scott) Clark, Natasha Cannon, Amari Davis, SaQuanna Russell, Jawanna Russell, Lacrisha Russell, Kanisha Russell, Angela Shields-Kirtz, Cassandra Ford, David Koker, Felicia (Antonio) Kelley-Stewart, Carol Kelley Travis, Dr. Stacy Y. Kelley, Quanita Kelley, Audrey Kelley; special sisters, Kyra Woods-Buckner, Katie White, Sonnie Thompson, Memory Standford, Jamila Riley, Vicky Moore; godmothers, Rhonda Freshly and Katina Cansler; best friend Mary K. Brittany Shelton and Kristial Shelton, Jasmine Barhygt; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, godsisters, godbrothers, cousins and friends.

Proceeding in death by Cheryl Wimes-Taylor, Larry Kelley, Jimmie Rowan, and Lillie Armour (grandmothers), Eunice Taylor (godmother).

Service is 12:00 pm, Friday, February 5, 2021 at Wings of Deliverance THC, 2502 Fairfield Ave, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46807, with calling two hours prior.
