Scott “Buck” N. Craig, 65, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Saturday, January 28, 2023. He was born to Eleanor “Rose” (Morse) and the late Kenneth Craig in Evanston, IL on April 5, 1957. Buck graduated from Wheaton North High School. He worked for Pizza Hut for several years, Auburn Foundry, Erie Haven, and most recently worked at Vera Bradley. He enjoyed fishing, golfing, gardening, fireworks, poker, and spending time with friends. Buck was an avid Komet Hockey and Cubs Baseball fan. He was fond of watching football games. Buck loved to take interest in his grandchildren’s activities.
Along with his mother, Buck is survived by his son, Jamie (Kimberly) Craig of Fort Wayne; grandson, Caden Craig; granddaughter, Madison Craig; siblings, Casey (Marsha), Jeffrey (Elizabeth), and Pamela (Pete Hay) Craig. He was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Craig.
Memorial service will be on Wednesday, February 8, 2023 at 3:30 pm at Fairhaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services (6557 N. Clinton Street, Fort Wayne, IN 46825) with visitation beginning at 2:00 pm until the time of service.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family and any additional funds will given to the Fort Wayne Freeze Hockey Club.
