Sandra Ann Smith, age 57, passed away Thursday, February 25, 2021 in Fort Wayne. She was born in Huntington, IN to Isaac Smith of Cleveland, OH and the late Florence Kellogg . Sandra was known for her sweet personality and was loved by many. She is survived by her two siblings, Gladys (Adrienne Arlotta) Mushatt and Michael Smith both of Fort Wayne; nieces and nephews, Alicia Smith, Swantiko Oates, Renny Hall, Michael Smith Jr., Davion Smith, Deont'e Smith, Anya Blauvelt; several great nieces and nephews; uncles, Alonzo Spencer and Woodrow Spencer; and special relatives, Renea Smith and Theresa Watkins. Service is 1:00 pm, Friday, March 5, 2021 at Fairhaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 6557 N. Clinton St. with calling two hours calling beginning at 11:00 am. Fairhaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services are handling the arrangements.
