I first met Sally at her favorite hangout at the Guesthouse in the restaurant/bar dancing to the live music. She loved music, but she adored dancing! The music moved her and I have to tell you, I got caught up in the contagious fun she imbued by just watching her let loose on the dance floor. What a great role model to remind us that dancing is for fun and not for trophies. I met her last year when she and her friend (Bob) came up to me while we were dancing and wanted to know if I would teach them some formal dance lessons. She and Bob were so much fun to work with! They were so fun and flirty and laughed their way through the lessons every week. Last year we had one of the coldest days on record, and everybody cancelled their lessons that night; but not Sally and Bob! They showed up right on schedule and right on time like there was nothing different about that day. I am going to miss Sally and Bob, but they have left a definite imprint on my life that will never fade away. If I know Sally, she's dancing on the clouds right now. Thank you Sally for the memories you left me and my dance friends/family.
