Pamela A. Springer, 62, passed away on Sunday, December 18, 2022. Born in Fort Wayne, Indiana Pamela was a daughter of the late Frederick and Anna Springer. Pam was a talented and prolific knitter and has requested for many of her beautiful creations be donated to Mustard Seed. She imagined one of her beautiful afghans brightening the life of a little child who had loss all their possessions in a fire. Pam requested her massive yarn collection to be given to people who could not afford to buy yarn. Pam is survived by her sisters, Barbara Butzu of Ocala, FL, Ruth Chandler of Ossian, Carol Stults of Fort Wayne; many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held in her honor at Holy Cross Lutheran Chapel at 10 am, Saturday, March 25, 2023. Memorials may be given to Holy Cross Lutheran Church or Humane Fort Wayne. The family would like to thank the Parkview Hospice team for their compassionate care of their little sister, also Holy Cross Church and our wonderful extended family for all their support. Pam felt so loved and cared for. Her final words of advice were, “Don’t get cancer” and “Live your life.” FairHaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services is handling arrangements.
