Pamela Sue Matson, 55, went home to see her Lord and Savior Jesus on Monday, August 1, 2022. Born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Pam was a daughter of the late Paul and Carole Hancock. She graduated from Angola High School and earned her associates degree in Medical Billing and Coding from IVY Tech and her bachelor’s degree in Education from IPFW. She worked for many years for Dekalb Health. Pam enjoyed playing online games, watching all the crime shows, playing cards, and spending time with her family. Surviving are her husband, Thomas Matson; her fur babies, Goldie and Izzy; siblings, Theresa Slater, Bob Slater, David (Sherry) Slater, Steven (Rachel) Hancock; mother-in-law, Nancy Matson, sister-in-laws, Teresa Martin, Tammy (Mike) Else; and brother-in-law, Tim Matson. Pam was preceded in death by her father-in-law, Richard “Dick” Matson. Service is 11 am, Monday, August 8, 2022 at Emmanuel Lutheran Church, 917 W. Jefferson Blvd., with calling one hour prior.
