Norma T. Rourke, 94, passed away Tuesday, January 21, 2020 in Fort Wayne, IN. She was born in Joliet, IL to the late Fred Wilhelmi and Celia Wilhelmi. Norma worked as teacher at Laraway School in Joliet for over 20 years. She is survived by her husband of 71 years, Jack Rourke of Fort Wayne; children, Nancy (Richard) Zimmerman of Fort Wayne, Mary (Dennis) Schnierle of Indian Rocks Beach, FL, Kathy (Tom) Hulina of Lisle, IL, and David (Denise) Rourke of Baxter, TN; 4 grandchildren, Tim, Cathy, Joel, and Scott; 1 great-granddaughter, Toni; and sister, Carole Holsinger of Canton, OH. Norma was preceded in death by her son, Timothy Rourke; grandson, Brian Hulina; and 5 siblings. A private family Mass of Christian Burial will be at St. Anne Home & Retirement Community.
