Mary Ruth Kuklinski, age 91, of Fort Wayne formerly of Chicago, IL passed away peacefully Sunday, November 6, 2022 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born in Chicago, IL to the late John and Velma VanSickle. Mary loved caring for her family as a homemaker. She is survived by her daughters, Wendy (Don) Rowlett of Fort Wayne and Lynn Jensen of Barrington Hills, IL; five grandchildren, Taira (Brian) Doherty, Julie (Ricky) Braglia, Daniel (Kim) Rowlett, Christopher (Elaine) Rowlett, and Mary Rowlett; and 10 great-grandchildren. Mary was preceded in death by her husband, and five siblings. Service is 4:00 pm, Thursday, November 10, 2022 at Fairhaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 6557 N.
