Marion Odom, 91, passed away Friday, September 21, 2018. Born in Barnwell, South Carolina, Marion was the son of the late Howard and Josephine Odom Sr. Marion was a loving husband, father, and grandfather to his family. Marion had the God given ability to build anything with his imagination and his hands. He enjoyed reading the Bible and sharing with others the word of God. Surviving are his wife of 48 years, May Odom; children, Linda Cooper, Michele (Joseph) Perry, Tracy Odom, Stacy Odom, Khela Franklin; step-daughter, Renee Yorker; 9 grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren. Marion was preceded in death by his daughter, Roxanne Gaffney; step-child, Michelos Webb; twin sister, Marie Goodwin; brothers, Ernest Odom, and Howard Odom, Jr. Memorial Service is 2:30 pm, Saturday, September 29, 2018 at Jehovah’s Witness Kingdom Hall, 6000 Abbott St. Memorials may be made to Jehovah’s Witness, 900 Red Mills Rd.
