Lynette F. Luce, age 59, of Ossian, IN passed away Friday, April 8th, 2022 in Indianapolis after a two-year battle with cancer. Through her faith she is now with Jesus in the eternal Kingdom of Heaven. She was born November 25, 1962 in Fort Wayne to the late Joe and Suzanne Armstrong. Lynette worked at SDI of Columbia City for nearly 20 years, as a scale master and most recently as a truck dispatcher. She excelled at all her duties and made many friends along the way. Lynette will be dearly missed by all who knew her and will be remembered as a loving person who cared well for her family and friends. She is survived by her husband, Richard "Rick" Luce of Ossian, IN; children, Mitch (Valerie) Hambrock, Chris Hambrock, Holly (Ben) Gray all of Fort Wayne; step-children, Jeff Luce of Decatur, IN, and Amanda (Jake) Lee of Huntington, IN; four grandchildren, Kamron, Hope Ann, Annabella, and Isabell; siblings, Larry Armstrong, Linda Daughtry, and Lee Armstrong. Service is 11:00 am, Saturday, April 16, 2022 at Fairhaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 6557 N. Clinton St., with calling one hour prior. Calling also 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Friday, April 15, 2022 at the funeral home. Entombment at Oak Lawn Cemetery of Ossian, IN.
