Luke Andrew Springer, 39, of Fort Wayne, passed away unexpectedly on January 25, 2023 in Rochester, MN. Luke was born November 15,1983 in Muncie IN, and grew up in Bluffton IN. He attended Bluffton High School and went on to graduate from Purdue University, with a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management. Luke spent the majority of his career managing hotels and working for hotel management companies. Luke was an avid outdoorsman, and enjoyed a variety of outdoor activities including fishing, hiking, camping, hunting, canoeing, golf and volleyball. Luke loved to travel, and went on many adventures and vacations. He loved visiting new places and walking around the whole city, exploring, and discovering the unique beauty of each place. Luke was a wonderful cook, grilling to perfection, with seasonings and side pairings always complimentary, and meals plated flawlessly. Luke was an amazing leader, mentor, and friend. He had a fantastic sense of humor and was always making people laugh. Luke is survived by his wife, best friend, and partner in life Megan of Fort Wayne, together they share four wonderful children, Christian 10, Isabella 8, William 5, and Henry 4. Luke loved his family more than anything and is already immensely missed by them. He is also survived by his mother, Kim (John) Gibson; father, Greg (Sheila) Grimm, brother, Mike Grimm; and sisters, Ceirah Heyneman and Shaleenah Hanson. Service is 10:30 am, Saturday, February 4, 2023 at Pathway Community Church, 1010 Carroll Rd., with calling one hour prior. Calling also 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm on Friday, February 3, 2023 at Pathway Community Church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family, for the care of his children.
