Condolence: I am in shock that the world has lost Laura. In life, she was a true force of positivity, humor and light. It is difficult to think of a world without that light. I met Laura on my first day of high school, and we instantly became friends. With her being an outgoing, talkative and popular 11th grader, I was thrilled that she took a shy 10th grader under her wing. We went on to go to college together and even to be roommates. I grew up with Laura. Laura loved to laugh, and she loved to have fun. She loved animals, she loved jokes, she loved movies - she LOVED just about everything. She taught me to be myself and she always made me feel like a the special person in the room. I wish I could have given her as much as she gave me. May Laura's family find peace in knowing that she was an outstanding human being, and one that will never be forgotten by those who had the privilege to know her. Know that Laura's light is not gone; it now shines brighter.
