Juanita Moore, 89, gained her heavenly wings on April 10th, 2022. She was born in Marion, Alabama and moved to Fort Wayne, Indiana where she resided. She retired as a devoted CNA from Saint Anne Home. Surviving are her daughters, Barbara Moore, Pat Jones, both of Fort Wayne, and Mary Tadsen of Antwerp, OH; Son in laws, Kenneth Jones of Fort Wayne, and Brian Tadsen of Antwerp, OH. As well as a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren loved ones and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin Moore Jr.; Son, Marv Lee Moore; daughter Diann Whitt; and grandson Gaylord Moore. She is loved and will be truly missed. Funeral services for Juanita will take place on Wednesday, April 20th, 2022 at 11:00 am with calling 1 hour prior at FairHaven Funeral Home. Burial will take place in Lindenwood Cemetery. Preferred memorials in Juanita’s honor may be directed to Zion Lutheran Church.
