Obituary for Jennifer Marie Hernandez

Jennifer (Jenny) Hernandez, 29, born on July 3rd, 1993 in Los Angeles, California and raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana was called home on Monday, January 9th, 2023. She attended Wayne and graduated from North Side high school. In her professional life, she was a detailer and finisher for Master Spas. She loved her tight knit work family and the autonomy her position provided her.
Jennifer was mother to Avianna (5) and Daniel (2), whom she loved dearly. She enjoyed making memories with her children above all else. She prioritized introducing her kids to new experiences. From trips to Disney Land to birthday parties to simply a day out at the park, her children will remember the quality time they spent.
She was very passionate about capturing these memories through photos, never wanting to forget a cherished moment. She left behind countless albums, framed pictures, and videos. Along with taking pictures, Jennifer’s hobbies also included music, travel, and going to events.
Jennifer is survived by not only her children, but also a large family consisting of her siblings - Joanna Moreno (Charles), Jesse Munoz (Perla), Justin Munoz, Sergio Garza, Jose Hernandez, Carlos Hernandez, Nicholas Hernandez, Karina Hernandez, and Christina Hernandez, nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and close friends.
Jennifer is preceded in death by her mother Olivia Espinoza, father Jose Hernandez, Grandmother Pauline Medrano, aunt Rachel Rosales, and brother Joshua Moreno.
Jennifer had a talent to always put a smile on people’s faces and turn everyone she met into a friend through her caring personality. Her family and friends were incredibly important to her and she will be remembered for her contagious laughter and smile that would light up a room.
We thank God for every day we had with her precious soul.
