Conrad William Elmer, 28, passed away Friday, April 1, 2022. Born in San Diego, California, Conrad the son of Robert Elmer and Jeanne Passwater. Conrad served our country as a proud U.S. Army veteran. Conrad was working at Freedom Diamond Tool. He enjoyed fishing, and loved spending time with his family and his daughter, Zoe. Surviving are his parents; step-mother, Amanda Elmer; step-father Matt Passwater; sister, Cayleigh (Jon) Jasperse; step-siblings, Leah Passwater, Kierstin Crist, Maura Crist; grandparents, William and Lael Hoerger; along with many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Conrad was preceded in death by his grandparents, Robert and Elizabeth “Betty” Elmer. Service is 6 pm, Saturday, April 9, 2022 at FairHaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 6557 N. Clinton Street, with calling from 2 pm until the service. Memorials may be made to the Wounded Warriors Project.
