Charles Francis “Chuck” Kruse, of Fort Wayne, passed away Thursday, July 12th, 2018. He retired from International Harvester. He was a big Komets fan and season ticket holder for many years. He enjoyed spending time at Atwood Lake Campground where he was a long time seasonal. Surviving are his children Vicki (Randy) Cornelius of Paris, Tx, Rick (Wendy) Kruse of Fort Wayne, Grandchildren, Kevin Ford, Melissa Pulliam, Heather Urquart , Corey Kruse and Kasey Kruse, 10 great grandchildren, Brothers Wayne (Babs) Kruse, Ralph (Kathy) Kruse Jr, sisters, Sharlene (Wally) Meslo and Sharon (Gary) Sampson. Charles was preceded in death by the love of his life wife, Nancy L. Kruse, parents , Ralph U. Kruse Sr. and Ruthie R Kruse, brother George Kruse and grandsons Chase R. Kruse and Austin C. Buckaloo.
Funeral service for Charles will be at 11 am on Wednesday with calling one hour prior at the funeral home. Visitation will also take place from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm at the funeral home. Arrangements entrusted to FairHaven Funeral and Cremation Services. 6557 N. Clinton St. Fort Wayne, IN 46825.
