BREANNA MARIE GAGE, 27, of Fort Wayne passed away Friday, June 30, 2017. She was born January 12, 1990 in Fort Wayne to Stacy Gage and the late Colleen Long.

Breanna is survived by her daughter, Londyn; father, Stacy Gage; siblings, Bret Gage; Brandon Gage; and Bridget Gage.
