Obituary for Anthony Gordon Sikorski

Anthony “Tony” Sikorski, 64, of Huntertown, passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his family. Tony was born in Coldwater, Mich. To Gordon and Clara Sikorski. He was known as a generous, light-hearted soul. Tony added a bright light to a room wherever he went. He loved the simple things in life and spending time with his precious family. Tony enjoyed playing sports, from coaching his children in volleyball to playing catch with his nephews and grandchildren. He loved going for long bike rides and playing cards with his family. Tony will be greatly missed by his loving family and friends and always remembered in their hearts.
Tony worked for CTD for over 35 years. He was a member of the Bonsai Club and Acres Land Trust.
Tony is survived by his wife of 38 years, Angie; son, David (Elizabeth) Sikorski; daughter, Sarah (Patrick) Slusser; grandchildren, Keagan, Hayden, Laila, Calvin, and Violet; sisters, Rebecca (Kevin) Rocho, Jayne (Maynard) Harris; his parents; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by grandson, Owen David Slusser.
Memorial visitation for Tony will take place on Saturday October 1st, from 2-5pm with a service beginning at 5pm along with the recital of the Rosary, at FairHaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 6557 N Clinton St. Fort Wayne, IN. The family requests that attendees wear their University of Michigan or Notre Dame Attire. Preferred memorials in Tony’s honor may be directed to the ALS Association Indiana Chapter.
