She is survived by her husband, Keith Hargrove of Fort Wayne; her children, Stephon and Eva; her father, Eugene Cook; siblings, Brandon Cook and Stephanie Cook. Ann was preceded in death by her mother, Maureen Cook: and sister, Shauna Cook. Service is 6:30 pm, Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at the Fort Wayne Rescue Mission, 301 W. Superior St .
