Amanda Sue Salyer, age 37, of Fort Wayne, passed away Thursday, June 21, 2018 in Fort Wayne. Amanda was born in Fort Wayne, and worked as a hair stylist for 9 years with the Forum Salon. She attended Pathway Community Church and formerly Emmanuel Lutheran Church. She is survived by her husband, Stryker Salyer of Fort Wayne; mother, Pam (Tom) McLaughlin of Fort Wayne; sisters, Ashley (Tyler) Clark, Alyse McLaughlin, and Alexa McLaughlin; father, Richard (Jan) Havener; siblings, Brandon (Stephanie) Havener, Lyndsey (Daniel) Schmidt, and Corben Havener; maternal grandfather, Jim Benya; and paternal grandfather, Robert Havener all of Fort Wayne. Service is 10:30 am, Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at Pathway Community Church, 11910 Shearwater Run, with calling one hour prior. Calling also 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm on Monday, June 25, 2018 at FairHaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 6557 N. Clinton St. Memorials may be made to Visiting Nurse.
